The ideal plan for the discriminating taste would consist of advertising in several newspapers; all available local and international web sites , leaflets, mailers: just listed and just sold, picture tours of the property (360 degree) including videos. Some Estates may require an aerial view and listing in historical sites magazines; multiple open houses, and Broker's tours until it's sold . This can be time consuming and expensive. That's where I come in to apply all my resources and talents to meet that goal.
Most all available resources are not necessary and can be accomplished with just the major Real Estate sites; a good set of pictures, open houses with leaflets and Broker's tours, Real Estate signs and lock boxes.
